How an appointment will work
A simple path from initial details to an in-person notarization. This workflow is informational while appointments remain unavailable.

Share the basics
Provide the location, preferred time, document category, and number of signers and notarial acts.

Review before dispatch
Eligibility, travel, itemized charges, signer readiness, and access details would be confirmed in advance.

Meet in person
Each signer appears with the document and acceptable identification. The signer or document recipient selects the notarial act.
Prepare each signer
- Do not sign until instructed when the document requires signing before the notary.
- Bring acceptable identification; requirements will be confirmed before launch.
- Ensure every signer is willing, aware, and personally present.
- Ask the document recipient which notarial act is required. A notary cannot choose it.

Does the signer need to appear in person?
Yes. Each signer must personally appear before the notary at the appointment.
What identification is accepted?
Identification requirements will be confirmed before launch. Do not submit ID images or ID numbers through this preview.
Which notarial act do I need?
The client or document recipient must choose the notarial act. A notary cannot choose it for you.
Can the notary give legal advice?
No. A notary is not an attorney and cannot explain documents, select forms, or provide legal advice.
